Wyatt's 1st trip to the Oregon coast

With a break in our schedules and a weather forecast that looked decent, we decided to venture to the Oregon coast for Wyatt's first trip to see the beach and ocean! Actually, it was nice and relaxing for mom and dad too! We stayed in Pacific City in an oceanfront hotel room and enjoyed the view and fresh ocean air (which you can see in the first few pics). We really lucked out and had sunny 60 degree weather, which is great for mid-February! Of course, when we walked on the beach, we had to get Wyatt bundled up! We were able to make it to Lincoln City, Tillamook, and Cannon Beach along our adventure. It was great to get away and we can't wait to take Wyatt back when he can play in the sand!

Smiles, Cooing and Giggles...Oh My!!!!

Andy and I were so excited when Wyatt gave us his first smile and even more excited when he started cooing and giggling. This happened a few weeks ago, but it wasn't until recently that we were able to catch these things with a camera! Babies are tricky that way :) We absolutely love seeing Wyatt smile and hearing him coo and giggle! Wyatt is a very happy baby, so we get so see and hear these thing quite often. We are excited to be able to finally share them with everyone else! The pictures I have included are of him smiling and giggling; and I promise to include a video soon.....so you can all hear the little man "talking" and giggling!
